SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
– Domestic Shipping: All shipments are made by the courier company “Correos”, and carried to your own home, because all shipments processed will be certified.
The shipping cost depends of the amount of items you purchase, since the rates vary depending on the weight and volume, and will automatically appear on the exit page of your purchase. If there is any increase, we will notify you.
The estimated delivery time is 48 hours for mainland capitals or large populations, 48h / 72h for the other towns and the Balearic Islands, and 4-5 days to destinations like the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
– International Shipping: We ask you at the moment of confirming the order, you specify us that you want to make an international shipping. We will give you all the steps to follow and the prices of the company “Correos”. They have the option of sending international priority packages. However, considering the high cost involving about international shipping, we can weigh other companies if you wish.
We give you a number, so that you can be able to track the order. Once delivered the package at the office of “Correos”, any delay related to delivery is subject to the company and therefore, we are not responsible.
Please contact Velvet Damita before returning any item. It is highly desirable that you control the delivery, to verify that this is correct and error-free.
We endeavor to check all items before sending. In the hypothetical event you receive a defective or damaged item, or you have a complaint, we ask you that you notify us no later than 48 hours after receiving it. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason, relevant information about what happened, and data nedeed to locate your purchase. When we receive your email, we will notify you that we have received it correctly. So that you can meet the deadline of returns, the communication on the return of the purchase must be sent before expiry of the relevant period. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the conditions listed below.
– Products from the Velvet Damita and Damita’s Atelier lines: They are tailor-made products (provided by the customer), and which can be customized, so you cannot do returns.
– Products from the VD by Velvet Damita line: For this line, a change is acceptable if the size is wrong and is available, but no refund will not be allowed. Send us an email providing your customer information and explaining what you want. Velvet Damita proceed to make the change within 7 calendar days from the date on which we receive the item. We reserve the right not to effect the new shipment until receiving the products. Transport costs arising as a result of this change, be borne by the customer.
– Returning for reasons attributable to Velvet Damita: If the product is defective or does not match the reference purchased, only when we consider that the refund is justified, you must forward us the item within 7 natural days.
– In the event that the return is by not attributable causes to Velvet Damita: If there is a change of opinion, an error by the customer at the time of the purchase, or at the time of measurement, we will not be responsible for these acts, so no exchange or refund will not be allowed.
DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
If the product is lost or, upon receipt, you notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please notify us immediately. We will proceed to make a complaint to the company, and we try to fix it as soon as possible.
